Doordat het ijs tegen elkaar botst ontstaat het winterfenomeen &#8216;ice pancakes&#8217;. Deze bevroren pannenkoeken zorgen voor een prachtig natuurverschijnsel waarbij tienduizenden &#8216;ice pancakes&#8217; op Lake Michigan drijven.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Grand Haven South Pierhead Light<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lake Michigan is \u00e9\u00e9n van de vijf Grote Meren van Noord-Amerika en strekt zich uit over vier staten: Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana en Michigan.
