Van de 3500 kilometer lange Appalachian Trail, loopt 110 kilometer door het park. Natuurlijk is deze wandeling niet voor iedereen weggelegd, gelukkig zijn er ook genoeg andere wandelingen die je kunt maken of wandel een stukje van de Appalachian Trail. Er zijn wandelingen voor iedere wandelaar, makkelijke wandelingen voor families of uitdagende hikes voor de avonturiers. Wandel bijvoorbeeld naar de Rainbow Falls. Hoewel het een stukje klimmen is, is de ruim 4 kilometer lange wandeling de moeite waard.
